1. Acceptance of Terms

TSLAIQ VIN Reports (“the Site”) is operated by Vermel Ventures LLC, a California limited liability company (“we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Site. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Informational Purposes Only

All content on TSLAIQ VIN Reports is provided strictly for informational and educational purposes. Nothing on this Site constitutes professional, legal, financial, mechanical, or automotive advice. The information presented is based on community knowledge, publicly available data, and owner experiences. It should not be relied upon as the sole basis for any purchasing decision.

3. No Warranty or Guarantee

TSLAIQ VIN Reports makes no warranties or representations, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or currentness of any information on the Site. Supercharging status, option codes, vehicle configurations, and Tesla policies can change at any time at Tesla's sole discretion. Information that was accurate at the time of publication may become outdated without notice.

4. VIN Decoder Tool

The VIN Decoder tool uses data from the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) public API and community-sourced production data to estimate vehicle information and build dates. Build date estimates are approximations based on interpolation of known data points and may not reflect the actual manufacture date. The VIN Decoder does not confirm whether a vehicle currently has SC01 transferable free supercharging. It only estimates whether the vehicle falls within the production window during which SC01 was available. Actual SC01 status can only be confirmed through direct verification with the seller.

5. SC Code Finder Tool

The SC Code Finder tool processes text that you paste into the browser. All processing occurs entirely on your device (client-side). No data is transmitted to TSLAIQ VIN Reports or any third party. You are solely responsible for the source and handling of any data you paste into this tool.

6. Buyer and Seller Responsibility

All verification of SC01 status, vehicle condition, mechanical fitness, and transaction terms is the exclusive responsibility of the buyer and seller. TSLAIQ VIN Reports is not a party to any vehicle transaction and assumes no responsibility for the outcome of any purchase, sale, or negotiation. Buyers should independently verify all information through multiple methods, inspect vehicles in person or through a qualified third party, and consult qualified professionals before making any purchase decision.

7. Accounts

Some features, including buying credits and opening the reports you unlock, require an account. We use passwordless sign-in: you enter your email address and confirm a one-time code. You are responsible for keeping access to your email account secure and for activity that occurs under your account. We may suspend or close accounts that are used for abuse, fraud, or any breach of these terms.

8. Paid Reports, Credits, and Payment

Decoding a VIN is free. A full vehicle report is unlocked by spending a credit, and credits are sold in packs. Current prices are shown on our Pricing page and are stated in US dollars; we may change prices at any time, but a change never affects credits you have already purchased. Payments are processed by our third-party payment provider, who acts as merchant of record for the transaction and handles applicable taxes. We do not receive or store your full card details. By purchasing, you authorize the applicable charge and confirm that the payment details you provide are your own.

9. Refunds

Credits and reports are digital and delivered instantly. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms and explains when a refund is and is not available, and how to request one.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TSLAIQ VIN Reports, its owners, operators, contributors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of or reliance on the Site, including but not limited to financial losses, vehicle purchase decisions, mechanical failures, disputes between buyers and sellers, loss of supercharging benefits, or any other damages of any kind.

11. Third-Party Links and Services

The Site may contain links to third-party websites, tools, and services (such as EV-CPO.com, used by the verification guide, and the NHTSA vPIC API, used by the VIN Decoder backend). TSLAIQ VIN Reports does not control, endorse, or assume responsibility for the content, accuracy, privacy practices, or availability of any third-party sites or services. Your use of third-party sites is governed by their respective terms and policies.

12. Intellectual Property

All original content on TSLAIQ VIN Reports, including text, design, graphics, and code, is the property of Vermel Ventures LLC and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. Tesla, Supercharger, Model S, Model X, Autopilot, and Full Self-Driving are trademarks of Tesla, Inc. TSLAIQ VIN Reports is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Tesla, Inc.

13. No Affiliation with Tesla

TSLAIQ VIN Reports is an independent, community-driven resource. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or in any way officially connected to Tesla, Inc. or any of its subsidiaries or affiliates.

14. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any disputes arising from the use of this Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in California, except where applicable consumer-protection law in your country of residence provides otherwise.
